If you have any issues or complaints with the service which we provide, please send an email to [email protected] and Cc in [email protected] stating your full name, address and the full nature of your complaint, with as much detail as you can. If possible provide dates, times and any other relevant information that will assist us in our investigation.

Complaints may be made initially by phone to the Director, Richard Wild on 01706 364109 if available (between 9am and 5pm Mon-Fri) but should ideally be followed up in writing for legal reasons, to prevent any misinterpretation or inaccuracy and to ensure a thorough investigation takes place. You will be informed in writing of any corrective or preventive action that has been taken.
