Your personal data
If you subscribe to our products and services we need to collect from you your personal details for contract purposes and the efficiency of our services to you. All information gathered is stored on our own Firewall protected Servers within a fully secured building protected by dual path signalling and off-site monitoring. This ensures the highest level of data protection and is never used for any purpose other than to provide for your personal, property, safety and protection.
The building where your data is stored is manned 24/7/365 and all data is fully secure and that security is regularly inspected.

How long we keep it
Upon termination of your contract all data (apart from recordings) will be destroyed. We keep recordings for a maximum of 12 months after the date the recording was made. You can request access to, and amend your data at any time whilst your contract is active with ourselves.
Access to your personal information
If at any time you believe that the information we process on you is incorrect, you can request to see this information and even have it corrected or deleted.
